Dr. Bhupatkar has more than twenty-five years of experience in the field of academics, training and coaching. He is a noted management educationist. He has been the Director of Institute of Management Development and Research, Pune. He is the man behind setting up a business school for Little People Education Society in Gurgaon having a tie up with Nottingham Trent University, UK and Babson College, US. His core expertise lies in the areas of organization development, human process work and indigenous management. He has been imparting a vast milieu of skills from leadership development, designing and developing assessment centers to emotional intelligence. Taking a leap, he has also designed and validated original instruments in the area of conceptualization of individual and collective capabilities.
