Dr. S. Ramnarayan is a full-time resident faculty at the Indian School of Business (ISB). On the panel of Par Excellence, Ram has more than two decades of experience in both industrial as well as educational sector. He has been a faculty member at the Tata Management Training Centre in Pune and later a Professor at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad. He has also been visiting faculty at the Case Western Reserve University, and Guest Professor at the University of Bamberg, Germany. His key expertise lies in the areas of leadership and organization development. His specialty lies in understanding and managing change within organizations, organizational development,strategy formulation and empowering the managers to adapt and bring about the change.He has co-authored “Changing Tracks: Reinventing the Spirit of Indian Railways” and “Change Management: Altering Mindsets in a Global Context”.
