Dr. Ian Stewart has close to 25 years of experience in the field of consulting and training. Based out of UK, he is currently the head of Strategy and Leadership studies with a business performance consultancy firm. He has been a lecturer at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) on strategy, leadership and related subjects. He has been a Consultant with Lennard McCourt Associates and has been the head of Corporate Identity for the Ministry of Defense. His area of expertise ranges from strategy, psychology of leadership and teamwork, problem-solving and creative thinking to techniques of influence. He is accredited in the Hogan and Watson-Glaser psychometric instruments and is a qualified MBTI practitioner. Dr. Stewart, a PhD from the University of Reading, has delivered training that explored issues of strategic leadership and strategic planning to a host of NATO and other allies. Ian has delivered programs on strategy development, education and advice in over 30 countries.
