Dr. K. N. Vaidyanathan is currently the Director of Xavier Institute of Management, Mumbai. On the panel of Par Excellence, Dr.Vaidyanathan is a double doctorate – PhD from the University of Bombay, Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT) and PhD (Management) from University of Pune. He comes with close to 30 years of experience of which more than 20 years is in academics. He has presented papers in several industry conferences and conducted workshops for leading companies. His papers have been published in numerous national and international journals. He was earlier with KJ Somaiya Institute of Management, Jamna Lal Bajaj Institute of Management and NarseeManjee Institute of Management. He is also a visiting faculty for International Business Strategy at Great Lakes, Chennai. His areas of expertise have been Strategic Management, Business Policy, International Marketing and Innovation Management.
