Ajay Kumar, a learning professional, comes with more than a decade of corporate training and consulting experience for organizations across industries. Apart from designing integrated interventions and delivering workshops, Ajay has been consulting organizations in the areas of culture transformation, employee engagement, team synergy building, competency mapping, multi-rater feedback and talent management to name a few. He is a certified MBTI practitioner and an accredited MHS EQ-itrainer.Ajay is currently pursuing his Fellow Program in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur in the area of Organizational Behaviour. His doctoral research is on charisma dimension of transformational leaders and its impact on organizational change.
