Vinod comes with more than two decades of experience in various industries across India and overseas. He has honed his skills in a wide variety of functions ranging from Projects to Customer Support. He is associated with NPC as a trainer in operations management. He is also a visiting faculty on quality tools and techniques at TUV India. His expertise lies in helping companies formulate strategies and seamlessly integrate the resultant changes in their operations. He has devoted considerable time to project execution in various industries including pharmaceutical and allied machinery, service sectors like banks and financial institutions and retail along with the execution of assignments relating to lean six sigma projects. He has pioneered the concept of “learn to use”. Currently Vinod is Vice President Operations and the Principal Consultant for Strategic Initiatives of a leading management consultancy.
