Arun Nabar is a highly skilled facilitator and coach with three decades of industrial experience. He has played different roles – that of a trainer, internal partner, core team member, facilitator, coach and change agent during the various initiatives he led in the areas of organizational cultural transformation, organizational restructuring, introduction of performance management system, rejuvenating quality circle movement and strategizing communication in organizations. In the last 15 years, he has conducted numerous training Programs for corporates in the areas of interpersonal management, personal effectiveness, teambuilding, achievement orientation and personal transformation. He has conducted several assessment and development centers for organizations across industries. He is a visiting faculty in areas of HR and OD at NMIMS, Mumbai and MICA, Ahmedabad.Inaddition to this, he is a fellow, professional member, of “Sumedhas – Academy for Human Context” a not for profit organization founded by behavioral scientists in India.
