Samir has over two decades of experience, across multiple business verticals.He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has been a visiting faculty for IIM, Kolkata and various other management schools.He specializes as an accounts, finance, and sales consultant and trainer. He has worked closely with a large number of companies in enhancing performance, especially of the sales force. Adding to his credit is his expertise in the areas of emotional intelligence and leadership development. He has conducted various programs in providing performance related solutions to customers, aimed at improving effectiveness on the job. To this end, he has done trainings on Selling Skills, Marketing, Customer Orientation, Negotiation, Relationship Management, Performance Coaching,Team Building, Team Management and Leadership amongst others.
