Prof. Ghosal is a full-time faculty at K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai, on International Business &Strategy.Hecomes with two decades of industry, teaching and training experience. Prior to joining KJ Somaiya, he has been delivering lectures on strategy management in prominent B-Schools including Symbiosis and IMT. His expertise lies in the field of international business and business strategy formulation. His trainings spans across strategy domains like global corporate strategy and implementation (Short Term and Long Term), crafting vision, long term plan formulation, CEO’s business review of global operations, strategic alliances, technology transfer, merger & acquisition, and anti competition strategy to name some.He has been involved in formulating the international business strategy for more than ten companies in the Tata portfolio.
