Balaji Reddie has over two decades of experience in corporate training. He has been honoured a Medallion by the National Centre for Quality Management for his contributions to the development and dissemination of Quality in India. He has a wealth of experience in teaching, training and effective implementation of different techniques and tools of Quality Management and Quality Management Systems like ISO 9000: 2008 and the erstwhile QS 9000. His core expertise lies in understanding and implementing the philosophy and works of Dr. W. Edwards Deming. Many of his papers on the above subject have been published in Journals in India and abroad. His numerous seminars on Quality and related topics have been received very well across organizations. He has often received an overwhelming feedback and recognition for his high-quality training and leadership talks.
